Il recesso si considera esercitato nel momento in cui invii la dichiarazione: non serve che noi la approviamo. Dopo la trasmissione troverai qui una copia stampabile e ti invieremo senza indebito ritardo un avviso di ricevimento via email con il testo della dichiarazione e la data e l’ora esatte. Se l’email non parte subito, la conferma a schermo te lo dirà chiaramente. Your withdrawal takes effect the moment you send the notice: no approval from us is needed. After transmission, you will find a printable copy here, and we will send you an email acknowledgement without undue delay containing the text of your notice and the exact date and time. If the email does not go out immediately, the on-screen confirmation will clearly tell you.

Dipende da che cosa hai comprato, e la regola non è discrezionale. Sui contenuti digitali il diritto si esaurisce solo se ricorrono tutte e tre le condizioni dell’art. 59, comma 1, lett. o): hai chiesto espressamente che l’esecuzione iniziasse subito, hai riconosciuto di perdere così il recesso, e noi ti abbiamo confermato entrambe le dichiarazioni su supporto durevole (l’email di conferma dell’ordine). Sui servizi — coaching, supporto dal vivo, landing personalizzata — il diritto resta finché il servizio non è interamente eseguito; se è iniziato ma non concluso, ci devi solo la parte già svolta (art. 57, comma 3). Sugli abbonamenti puoi fermare il rinnovo quando vuoi dall’area riservata: le mensilità già pagate e attivate non si rimborsano per ripensamento. Il dettaglio è nella Refund Policy.
It depends on what you bought, and the rule is not discretionary. For digital content, the right is exhausted only where all three conditions of Art. 59(1)(o) are met: you expressly requested that performance begin immediately, you acknowledged that you would thereby lose the right of withdrawal, and we confirmed both statements to you on a durable medium (the order confirmation email). For services — coaching, live support, custom landing pages — the right remains until the service has been fully performed; if it has started but is not finished, you owe only the part already performed (Art. 57(3)). For subscriptions, you can stop renewal at any time from the members area: months already paid and activated are not refunded on a change of mind. The details are in the Refund Policy.

Yes, you can send it. The order number and date tell us which contract you are withdrawing from: if you bought several things from us and give no details, we may have to write to you and ask, which slows things down. If you remember at least the product, pick it from the menu.

Entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione della dichiarazione, con lo stesso mezzo di pagamento che hai usato, salvo quanto dovuto per la parte di servizio già eseguita su tua richiesta.
